Life can feel like a lot — especially in today's modern world, where technology has increased pace, pressures are high and society can feel judgemental. Maybe you are stuck in repetitive patterns of behaviour or unsure how to move forward. Dealing with relationships at home, work or school can be especially complex. Or if you’re juggling ADHD, constant overwhelm, burnout, or the never‑ending demands of looking after loved ones.
Coaching gives you a calm, supportive space to pause, breathe, and figure things out with someone in your corner.
I don’t come in with judgment, quick fixes, or a long list of “shoulds.”
Instead, coaching is a partnership where we explore what’s going on for you, what you need, and how you can move forward in ways that actually work for your life and your brain.

I am a transformational life coach that provides personalized coaching tailored to help you navigate life's challenges.
I offer a FREE discovery call so you can find out whether I am the right fit for you.
During the call, we will discuss what you want out of coaching, how best we could work together, whether you have any access requirements and any other questions you have.
If you want to proceed, we will set a day and time to begin our sessions.
All my services can be offered online, using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Alternatively, you are welcome to visit me in person, if you prefer.
I work with children over the age of 7, as well as teenagers and adults.
Sessions usually last approximately 50 minutes although I am happy to discuss different arrangements if required.
There are no obligations, you can stop at any time, during the coaching program.
Coaching can be offered either alone or combined with Hypnotherapy to create a blended session.
This is a unique approach that helps you to assimilate your ideas and thoughts derived from coaching within your subconsciousness.
By allowing the body to relax, to achieve a sense of calm and stillness, hypnosis builds your confidence and help you to make the changes you want to achieve a happier or more fulfilling life.

Coaching
I am able to coach young people in variety of areas from learning and exam preparation to dealing with anxiety, stress, self image and confidence. Having experienced education as a parent and teacher, I understand the pressures and demands placed upon young people and provide a safe and supportive opportunity to open up and explore these issues in a non-judgemental space.
As an experienced teacher for over 20 years, I coach children and teenagers from 7 years and up. I have worked with a range of children from primary to sixth form and with special needs. I use neuro-affirming approaches and I alter sessions to make it suitable for individual needs and interests. Children are able to bring their favourite toys and we can deliver the coaching whilst we play or engage in different activities.

Sessions
After a FREE first call with parents we arrange the first session (which can be short and include parents), so that the child or teenager is able to get to know me, learn what coaching is and discuss how they want their sessions to look like. Then you decide whether or not to continue and book a program of coaching sessions.
Safeguarding
I have an up-to-date DBS certificate and attend regular safeguarding training.
As an ICF member and member of NCH and APHP, I follow strict ethical guidelines.
I also carry appropriate insurance.
Typically, my coaching sessions are arranged online. As a life coach specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and burnout, I am happy to tailor my sessions to meet your specific needs. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)—often called tapping—is a gentle, mind‑body practice designed to help reduce stress and emotional discomfort. It combines elements of modern psychology with light tapping on specific acupressure points on the face and upper body.
During an EFT session, we focus on a troubling emotion, thought, or physical sensation while tapping through these points. This process can help calm the nervous system, reduce the intensity of emotional reactions, and promote a sense of clarity and balance.
EFT (tapping) blends beautifully with hypnotherapy or coaching to help you create faster, deeper change.
Why use EFT?
Many people find EFT helpful for managing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and unhelpful thought patterns. It’s simple, non‑invasive, and can be easily learned for use between sessions as a self‑support tool.
